There’s No Such Thing As A Genie – My Genie & Me Book Series
Set in Australia, a little nine year old girl named JENNY lived in a small seaside town called Coogee Beach. One day, playing in the sand with her seashells she trips over a beautiful Vase.
Not knowing it was the Great Vase of RA, Jenny takes the vase home to put flowers in it to surprise her Mum, but little did Jenny know at the time that she would be the one who gets the surprise when she discovers a little girl Genie named FUTUNA stuck inside.
While JENNY is still thinking “there’s no such thing as a Genie”, Futuna tearfully explains the story of how she fell into the vase, while playing in the Great Pyramid of KHUFU with her Genie friends KARA and KAROO and how Tomb Robbers stole the vase and took it back to their ship that was waiting on the Nile River.
JENNY is now faced with the challenge of helping FUTUNA get back home. Time is of the essence, FUTUNA has only has a couple of Earth days before THE GREAT CELEBRATION CEREMONY begins and EVERY Genie must be present. The ceremony only occurs every thousand years when the Dragon Star aligns with the Great Pyramid. Even if one Genie is missing the ceremony cannot take place and all the Genies will lose their powers for the next millennium.
KING FAROOK, the King of all the Genies decrees that all Genies, animals on the land, of the sea and in the air must search high and low for Futuna. In the meantime, Jenny and Futuna become the best of friends as they journey through a maze of adventures to get FUTUNA back home.
Can KING Farook and the GENIES find Futuna in time to make it to the Great Celebration Ceremony? THE END or is it?
